Because I told omfg_its_tiffy that I would make her an icon if she told me what her favorite from the batch was, and she wanted a tutorial? So yes, I'm sharing my "sekrit." Though I think the only thing it proves is how retarded I am when I make icons.

I think it really depends on what kind of base you use. I can see one with a lot of grey wouldn't turn out as weel as one that is strictly black and white (maybe? *shrug*) I think it's a good tutorial!
