I think I'm more of a fan of the cute and fuzzy instead of the creepy crawly. Where'd you find it? If you don't keep it, it'd probably be best to just find a place where there aren't any people living and let it go.
While guarding I found a man chained to a throne, and the creature was within the throne. I did not need to kill it, so I am trying to decide what to do with it now.
It is hostile to movement, but perhaps if caged...
The book that I found suggests that this species [ 1] is not lethal to adult humans who are not allergic. I am not human, but I doubt that my body responds too differently to venom.
Why would Castor need them? Surely there are more efficient ways to poison weapons.
You'd have to cage him yup! I can help you if you want! I've taken care of scorpions before. If you don't want him you can take him to the shelter too!
Oh wow you found a book! I guess that means he's safe then.
I'm not sure what Castor does with them, he seemed to like them a lot.
I am ambivalent about keeping an animal, but... this creature would require little maintenance, and leaving it to its own devices for much of the day would actually be encouraged, rather than harmful.

Also, it is slow to move when there is no fire.

Near to the Hall where we are all born, there was a man chained to a wooden throne. The scorpion was within the throne.
You are right.

If you can keep it safely, I suppose it could make a rather interesting pet.

You could also see if Castor needs more of them!
