I bought myself a pinboard account as a present for getting through some recent crap, haha. I just simply can't stand delicious any more. It's lost almost all fandom functionality for me

sweet! I don't know how to find people on there... it's weird -- or maybe an intentional privacy thing? -- there's no way to search for a person by username that I've found?

I can find people if they subscribe to me because then there's a link. Hmm, I should be able to put your name into the url and find you...

Yeah, I'm starting to be able to actually "see" my many fandom and other interests as they scroll on through my subscriptions. THANKFULLY lol.

I'm the same username (sorchasilver at Pinboard. I'm just getting sorted there but am determined to start making use of it. Just in case, fandom stuff is likely to be largely Adam Lambert and Avengers-related for the foreseeable future. :D

It's interesting, because you're not the first person who's said that! It's just that once I figured out subscriptions, that slowly became HOW I interact with fandom, mainly? Part of it is that I tend these days to lightly follow quite a few different fandoms. So seeing what people were saving kept me abreast. Likewise if there's ever anything huge that's multifandom or about fandom or just real life in general, I could find it easily?

Anyway, yay!
