So ok every summer, I've always try to take summer classes but for some reason it doesn't work out or I change my mind. Therefore this summer, even though I'm not taking summer college classes, I've devised my own summer "class" schedule into things that I want to accomplish by the end of this summer. I've picked out the topics of my "classes." ( Read more... )

Wow. No I don't think you are crazy - I just think you're taking on a lot of things at the one time.

It's good that you keep your eye on your goals and work towards them, not a lot of people are like that.

Maybe I am taking a lot of things at once but I am organizing in a way that little things can be accomplish for the min. of each area. If I have time to do more, well so be it. I just really like to keep myself busy and learn more as I move about in life.

Yes I did. Thank you. Sorry I forgot to inform you before. I was checking for the e-mail you sent me previously to let you know when I receive your packet but I couldn't find it. I'm still interested just waiting to get better cooking skills and a bit more money to start up.

This is a really cool idea. It seems like a lot all at once, but hey, more power to you. I guess I'm doing that in a more informal way. I am learning to cook, for instance (I just finished my first year of college and am living with my parents for the summer, but in August I'm moving into a townhouse with friends and will finally have a kitchen - my dorm room last year didn't have one, so I figure now is a good time to learn). And I have goals for myself, i.e. to read 10 books per month & write one poem per week.

I like that "psychological needs" one, too. I ought to do something like that...

That's a great plan. Maybe we can trade recipes and tips for cooking. I know any cooking advice I'll def need. Especially now that I have a little one who will one day we eating food I need to cook. Let me know what books you're reading. I would love recommendations. Good luck with the poems too!
