I need y'alls help again

My mom got a birthday card today from my grandmother. She had attached the newspaper clipping from when she was born to the back of the card. Now, here's the deal. Her birthday is on April 9th.....or at least she thought it was. The newspaper clipping, however, says she was born on April 2nd. What I need from y'all is to see if anyone can find ( Read more... )

Good Friday was on the 8th. Good thing Greek Orthodox keep good records on their Easters. ;)

Hmmmm...that would mean she was born on the 10th. She said she was born the Sat. after Good Friday. I think maybe she just needs to talk to grandmother.....

In the year 1949, Ash Wednesday is March 2 and Easter Sunday is April 17.

He's right. Wasn't paying attention and forgot that Orthodox Easter is on a different day, to mention I was taking my dates from the Julian calendar. So, Orthodox Easter is on the 24th (in the Gregorian Calendar - important distinction that), and normal Easter is on the 17th (also in Gregorian *g*)

Yeah...it says the 9th....I'm assuming that the hospital would know when she was born, but sometimes they make mistakes too.
