What a horrid day!

It wasn't so bad 'til I went to work. The first delivery I took I had some guy hit me. He was going reverse down the road towards me. He didn't look like he was slowing down so I laid on the horn. He still didn't slow down, but he curved a little. Which means he didn't hit me head on....he did hit me on the side and now I have this HUGE dent

It doesn't go on your insurance if the accident wasn't your fault. However, since you didn't call the cops, you may have trouble getting him to be pay...

The last time I had an accident and it wasn't my fault it did go on my insurance....I'm not sure why, but it did.

Usually, if the other car is in reverse, it is automatically their fault.
