I'm at my mom's house

I'm leaving in about six hours to go out of town for the weekend. One of my uncles on my mom's side of the family (my grandmother's sister's husband) passed away a few days ago, so I'm going with my mom and stepdad to Townsend, TN, for the funeral. I'll see a lot of my family there that I haven't seen in years. We're supposed to be back home Sunday

It was nice seeing a lot of my family that I hadn't seen in years along with some that I either hadn't met before or didn't remember. The one bad part was that the reason we all finally got together was for a funeral. Plus there was some sightseeing on the trip. I'll post pictures soon.

Speaking my mind in that situation was definitely a good thing. I may have to tell you more about that later.

My family actually took up a large chunk of rooms at the hotel, so that was cool. I really need to post a trip update. I'm bad about not doing that.
