So, I took on the task of testing a couple of new recipes out of a book that my organization has created for our clients. Tonight's dish (well lunch tomorrow) will be lemon garlic sardine fettuccine-I'm scared!

And just with one song playing, I had eighteen years of my life flash before my eyes. The elation and pain swirling in my stomach like a whirlpool of colors. It's a damn good thing that our subconscious does not reveal itself to us but in spurts... we would be completely incapacitated at times.

I took a pilates class yesterday. Let me start off by saying that everything horrible that you hear about these classes is absolutely true. My body simply does not move fluidly like it did years ago.
