I generally, as I did here, just clip and paste from the list and include the person who posted it. The problem with this particular list is that the people that post on it rarely cite the origins of their post as in this case. Being humor and not something of an academic nature, I rarely track down the original source. Unless someone has copyrighted it, I generally treat such things as folklore.
