I'm glad it cheered you up! My bad mood moved me to write it. :)

“I was going to the loo for the millionth time today and guess what was coming out of the toilet when I got there?”

Even though I had just read that the story was about Moaning Myrtle, the first time I read this sentence it made me cringe in the most wonderful way. What could be coming out of a toilet a pregnant woman was going into?? Lol.

I loved the way you linked the two Mr. Mysteries - very clever! And I totally remember trying to envision what my life was going to be like after my first child arrived and not being able to do it. I had a white winter bunting that I stared at for an hour one day, trying to imagine it filled with a baby, lol.

This was great.

I was going to write something profound about life and death and - well - eh. Too rainy this week.

It is exciting to imagine that baby! I always wondered what his voice would sound like (you have to wait awhile for that one)

Thanks for reading!

I absolutely loved these lines:
“He’ll live,” Harry said, glad it was Ron who had taken the brunt of Ginny’s mood. “What’s up?”
“I was going to the loo for the millionth time today and guess what was coming out of the toilet when I got there?”
Harry wanted to say the Loch Ness Monster, but he didn’t think Ginny would enjoy the humor.

The whole story was perfect!

I'm glad you liked it. Hee. Harry knows when not to speak. A useful quality in a husband.

I'm always impressed by the human touches you put into your stories--I love the ongoing saga of the poor baby blanket, and how it reflects Ginny's level of tranquility.
Thanks for sharing this, it's beautiful.

I always liked the image of knitting needles in mid-air - even I could knit with magic if I didn't have to sit still! Thanks for reading.

Who but the ever creative St Margarets would pair up Moaning Myrtle and Vincent Crabbe? It's almost as inspired as Cormac McClaggen and Romilda Vane.

Ginny and Harry are going to be such good parents.

I hope the hardcore Myrtle shippers don't rain wrath down upon my head - but they seemed like the perfect pairing.

Thanks for reading!
