if you wanted to send a package of very nutritious easy to prepare food that was easily ordered and easy to prepare, to a friend, what and how would you do it. The person's not much of a cook. I thought about Amazon, but not sure.

It was more of a "he has no money and if I was still local I'd invite him over to eat" thing. I ended up using peapod to send him some groceries. It went nicely.
