I'm all for shallow and vain these days. Healthy is to motivation, what carob is to chocolate!

Running is hard! Stick to bicycling/swimming etc. for another month or two! Take a bit more weight off the joints. I don't enjoy running if I weigh over 165, and less is better. It's just horribly uncomfortable, and I can feel the strain on my body. But that's just me, maybe it isn't so bad for you. But when you said "knee" it got a knee-jerk reaction from me.

And you are good motivation for me! I am tuning bicycles.
