This past week+ has been a shit storm. I've made one fairly serious professional faux pas after another, and lo another one cropped up this afternoon. I know I'm new-ish at this whole professional scientist thing but can I just once have a hint of professional grace? Just a little

This post wishes you happier future weeks. And at least if people are going to hurt your metaphorical chin it'd be nice if it's easier to know ahead of time. I mean that it'd be really hard to make faux pas. Here's wanting to live in a naive world where one could just worry about science in the sciences and not social interactions. Assuming this is social interactions. Right. I'm tired. Best wishes with everything. Tell your chin to hold in there.
