Weight loss update

So, the last few weeks have been slow with the weight loss. However, I've been doing GREAT job at the gym and have also begun to Couch to 5K running program. I'm loving both and am seeing great re-shaping results, particularly with my arms. Today, I honestly slept most of the day. Wow! Thanks for the update. It is really cool to hear about your new diet and your success at the gym. Remember not to stress about the weight loss becoming slower because your body will take time to adjust. Also I have heard that every time you start a new routine like the running your body and metabolism need to adjust.

I am just so proud of you for your discipline and so impressed with the results I have seen on pics. Following slowly in your footsteps...

Thank you! Congratulations on your own weight loss- it is such an incredible (but sometimes slow and frustrating) journey. My goal is to be a solid size ten in two more months, and as I'm a 12 now I think I'll be able to attain it. Anything after that is pure conjecture. :D
