Would you mind telling me a little about the details of how WW works? I really want to join when I move home - and hopefully get my parents to join with me. I'm really afraid for my dad's health, and I think it would help us all to do it together.
But I've looked at the WW website, and it doesn't give many details. I know you go to meetings and weigh in, but how does the points system work? Is there a way to do lower carbs on this plan?
