Going to start the Sit Ups app today! It told me to so as many as I could do until I became exhausted. I dis 45 rofl..

For Push-Ups, today I did 46, in sets of 9, 9, 10, 9, 9. Lawd ha ve mercy. I rested yesterday!!! Gon nba do BFBM in about a half an hour.
