*headdesk* I had added more to the drabble [which made it Avatar-like] but forgot to post it here; I edited it now.
Sorry about that then, and sorry if it ruins the film and/or the drabble for you; but that's how I wrote it; seeing as this is an adaption of that part of the film basically.
As I told the previous poster, I had made it Avatar-like, just forgot to put that stuff in (becasue I put the drabble into the entry and before I posted it went to edit my Word version of it, and forgot to edit this version of it), and I'm very sorry for that
( ... )
Well, a lot of people do write "drabbles" that are not exactly 100 words. Some use the name to indicate that they wrote a piece that was less than 500 words. But, yeah, technically a real drabble is supposed to be 100 words.
Anyway, I also agree. These drabbles are really great, but it's hard to figure out who the characters are supposed to be. The two could be Katara and Zuko, Aang and Katara, Katara and Aang...
It's written beautifully, though. I just wish I could know who the characters are!
And as I told both the two posters above you; I just edited the drabble because I completely left out some parts of the drabble that I had in my Word copy of the drabble, but not in this copy. I hope it makes more sense now, though the one character is still kind of open....
Thank you! It's sad that some people don't think of drabbles that way; that's just how I write and I've always thought that people liked books and writing where the author doesn't shove ideas down your throat....
You're welcome. I don't know, it might just be the two of us, but I like being able to infer things for myself. I've always felt that if something shoves ideas at you, you can never make up any of your own.

And I kind of like the fact that these are fairly open... that way the other character in this one could be anyone like me.

And EXACTLY. XD Seriously, that's what I've always thought as well, and that's why I write this way. :3
Plus, if I leave it open, I don't have a Kataang/Zutara/ect. war on my hands. XP
