The face, to me, says "So, what next?" in the sense of is that all. Or "And...?" The cat is nonplussed.

Yes, it really is her name. :) All five of my cats and several fosters have had LOTR names. So, we have Frodo, Strider, Glorfindel, Eowyn, and Legolas as our permanent residents. And we've had Marigold and Pippin as fosters.

This was a professional photographer's work. And Eowyn was very behaved. Even the photographer was impressed by her total cool-headed-ness. Most cats freak out and hide.

When I picked up Eclipse, the guy in my icon, I was sort of looking for an LotR name for her. (They told me he was female.) Good thing I chose Eclipse anyway, though it might have ended up as Luthien, hard to say.

Had I gone with Luthien, I might have done. Fortunately, I chose the gender-neutral name Eclipse.
