Alligator Brownies

Tried a new recipe last week, which I'm calling Alligator Brownies, because they have Alligator Pears (avocado) in them, and there's a lot of green lurking under the limpid brown surface of the snack, and because "Protein-Packed Avocado Brownies" (the original recipe) is a name that does not inspire me.  Without further ado:
