It was -- it's like a quick and subtle immersion into a mesmerizing fantasy world that you don't notice until you're there. And then you don't care enough to notice because there's Merlin, beautiful, innocent, and seductive, and tehre's Arthur and they're so hot together. Mmm so lovely and wonderful. ♥

Oh, this was gorgeous - the tone was beautifully distant and ethereal and just so very fitting for a piece concerning fylgia. :D I adored the end, too - dare we hope for a sequel? :D

(Also, when I first saw this I cannot tell you how surprised and delighted I was - I used to read about fylgia when I was little and I completely loved them, so it was very, very happy!making to see a Merlin fic about them. :D Obscure Norse mythology for the win! :D)

I don't know about a sequel...I'm currently working on about three other projects right now, but who knows...

Thank you thank you for your kind words though. I too have always been fascinated by mythology of all kinds, and the various concepts of guardian spirits in particular. And I'm glad that you knew what I was talking about and felt that it worked in this setting.
