Hi I'm new to live journal and to this community but am looking for a fic. In it Castle and Beckett find a toddler, a little girl, at a murder scene and Castle ends up adopting her. Thanks, that's the one. It's one of my favorites too, but I just couldn't remember where to find it.

I know the one you're looking for, I believe. Unfortunately, I read it a long time ago, and I don't remember the name of the story or where I found it. I know this isn't any help. At least I think it's the right one. Was she...thinks hard and hopes she's not mixing stories...found in a closet and wouldn't talk to anyone but Castle?

The one that came to my mind when I saw your question was one involving a little girl named Emma, but I can't find it here or at ff.net or Archiveofourown. Maybe it's been taken down?
