Eroica/Tintin Crossover!?

Apr 01, 2007 00:34

Well, yesterday was inspirational. esda made the suggestion that the comic Tintin would mesh well in a crossover with Eroica. Now, I have never heard of this fandom, but several others had, and many interesting suggestions were put forth. Like a FOURSOME (or fivesome (with Milou! @_@) or sixsome (with The Swamp Thing ( Read more... )

For the sake of completeness (for other people to know "why"): This is my entry about why there should be a crossover: http://esda.livejournal.com/394450.html

And this is (for the German speakers) the "story" tanrien wrote involving Eroica, Tintin and the Swamp Thing (The Swamp Thing is of course NOT appearing in the Tintin canon. It's just that tanrien loves this thing... for no reason that I could explain o__O ( ... )

This cartoon looks rather interesting. I'm going to have to read some of it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

Thanks for the links! Also, I found out the library has the books, so I'll check the first one out.

I'm so gullible. I nearly fell for LJ's April Fools announcement, and then I really fell for this one. (I was completely baffled--especially when Swamp Thing was mentioned--but still didn't realize it was a prank before I clicked on the lj-cut. Sad.)

This was originally just some silly to annoy amuse esda. Then I realized the date, and how it would work as a cute prank on my fellow Eroicafen. (I am not usually one for practical jokes, because 90% of the time they humiliate the victim rather than amuse.)

The Swamp Thing comment is actually in the comments to esda's original post. XD
