That was a great story! If you think about it, it totally fits - the Major won't stop being paranoid, even if he's in love. But who knows what the future holds?

The Major was a difficult character for me write at first until I realized he is exactly like my father. After that, I had no trouble getting a handle on him. A man with hidden depths.
