Never take movies too seriously! Let me tell you, the whole mass-media thing is totally out of control! I warned people about this from the start, okay, I am Not quite That old, still, I knew it was coming to this. Soon folks will take critics seriously! This will lead to a cultural melt-down that will devour society as we know it and it is ALL George Lucas' fault!! By the way, I think this article was a good posting, it is always good to see what the enemy of good Science Fiction is up to! Thank you.

I suspect that like many artists, Lucas is getting lost in his own creation. I guess we must just look on in wonder and hope he has a parachute...

Personally, I don't think anyone around him is willing to tell him when he needs to re-think something. And I think he should stick to executive producing and basic story development. Let someone else direct and write the screenplay.
