Over at the Twelfth Planet Cast you can hear me reading Thoraiya Dyer’s great story “Yowie” from the upcoming anthology sprawl. I read this one when GJ first accepted it, and was delighted to be asked to read it. It’s a beautiful piece that combines a very Australian mythology

BTW, Tansy, do you import this blog to LJ using some special fancypants widget, or do you just copy and paste it? I'm trying to streamline some of my own blog feeds and am looking at creating a separate blog just for the writing stuff, so I can blather on about non-writey stuff here...

it's a wordpress app - only available to those with paid accounts I think.

An alternative if you are planning to set up 2 blogs any way is to set up a LJ feed which any paid LJ member can do for you.

Thanks! I'll go investigate Wordpress. I'd only picked blogspot because I'd ended up with an account there due to family members... it's much appreciated! I'll also see if I can find more examples of Power and Majesty in the wild when I go out today. :)
