So, this year we got Christmas sorted. Which is ironic, because we mostly ignored it, forgot about it, failed to be prepared or organised enough to do much of anything, and basically stuffed around

Christmas pudding

If it was a home-made Christmas pudding, it's certainly all right a year later. We just had my mother's one she made last year. The things are supposed to marinate for months at least before being eaten.

Yeh - eat the pud! Glad you had a good public holiday, and that the next week sounds good too!!

The Pud should be okay - if it has an expiration date, then check that out, but I'd probably eat it anyway as long as it doesn't have fur.

The form of christmas pud I had today was ice-cream pudding! Get your pudding, mash it well into a tub of semi-solid ice-cream. Refreeze. Enjoy! (Might be nice with custard on it, too!).

Boo for the credit card fraudster! I hope they get coal in their stocking (which is hanging on their door handle in jail).
