If it was a home-made Christmas pudding, it's certainly all right a year later. We just had my mother's one she made last year. The things are supposed to marinate for months at least before being eaten.
The Pud should be okay - if it has an expiration date, then check that out, but I'd probably eat it anyway as long as it doesn't have fur.
The form of christmas pud I had today was ice-cream pudding! Get your pudding, mash it well into a tub of semi-solid ice-cream. Refreeze. Enjoy! (Might be nice with custard on it, too!).
Boo for the credit card fraudster! I hope they get coal in their stocking (which is hanging on their door handle in jail).
