Back after an amazing Rites of Passage weekend at the Grove. The weekend itself deserves its own post, it was so full I'm not sure I will ever be able to fully capture everything but I should try. Thank you to those of you who were there and helped make it the special and moving weekend it was, and those who sent their good wishes from far away

Well part of the problem is I don't WANT to settle back in. But that was part of the point, wasn't it? I can't go back. I'm here for now but I want it to keep chaffing me as a motivation to move on to what's next.

Yeah, it occurred to me that "settling in" wasn't really the right phrase after I posted that comment. How about "I hope you're able to fake it just enough until you vault yourself into many better things in the very near future" instead?
