Thank you! Mmmmm, we all love Jensen's yummy, bendy bows. :D I only wish I could draw chibi-style like you. Turning humans into dolls, simplifying their features to that level and still retaining some aspect of the original person is HARD. It was a good learning experience, but yikes! /o\
Thank you! I love that YOU love that sketch, which came out so much better than I expected, especially Jared's expression. I love sketching with soft pencil, but carrying on to an actual finished graphite work? I don't really have the patience -- I quit trying to figure out the magic of kneaded erasers and blending stumps a while back. (Why yes, I AM lazy.) :D
Blending stumps still baffle me -- are you supposed to peel them or cut them away when they get dirty? How can everything just not turn into one big smudge? Ah, but the kneaded eraser, I loooove those things. I play with them constantly, until my cat finds it and carries it off. She can have all the toys in the world, but if I leave my eraser out, it's a goner. :D
