Year of Downsizing

The Mission: Not to buy any new clothing for 365 days. To empty, sort through and get rid of all items in the drawers and closets in my apartment. My mother will be on the same mission, only she will go through 20 boxes in her attic and get rid of a majority of the unseen, unused and unneeded items in said boxes

I am doing the sorting, etc, right now, since I have someone besides myself living at my house now ... it's been very enlightening. and i HAVE done the not buying clothes for an entire year - 2 years in fact. I love this idea.
