So I'm taking a break from doing homework. i have now managed to finish nearly everything for this week, but I have failed to do reading for Solid State for the last week or so. I'm totally going to catch up next week though. And it's all stuff we went over in inorganic right now, so I don't even really need to be reading

Thing One) Awwwww solid state! Although that class as a sem was the most painful thing in the entire world. There were three exams. The first one was the Monday two days after Wells went Coed. The third exam was the day after my Grandfather died. I didn't have a lot of luck with that class....

Thing Two) Do you know anything about a $250,000 grant for the new science building? I tried to email Bailey about it but apparently we aren't friends anymore and he's blacklisting all of my emails as spam.

1) i really enjoy solid state. i think its tons of fun (at least so far).

2) i think the grant is from the Emerson foundation in auburn. i talked to Bailey and Heinekamp about it b/c i saw them both today, and they said its a match grant, so they match that amount if we can raise that much. bailey also says that to the best of his knowledge, there is still no donation large enough for it to have a name. and he says that his email has been spamming alot of things that shouldnt be spam, so its not that he hates you, its that he hasnt received any emails from you.
