Black 2 & White 2 - Spoilers et morceaux de script [1/2]

Les jeux Black 2 & White 2 sont sortis depuis deux mois, et j'aurais dû faire cette entrée depuis au moins cinq semaines mais ai été assaillie par des vagues de flemme successives ; autant se motiver et faire quelque chose avant la sortie des cartouches en occident !

Il y avait eu une course aux informations du côté occidental fin-juin/début-juillet et, à cette occasion, plusieurs personnes avaient proposé leurs résumés ou traductions d'extraits de jeux concernant le gang Plasma ou certains nouveaux personnages. Ces morceaux ne font pas partie de la traduction officielle mais ils permettent d'en avoir un avant-goût, voire parfois, une approche un peu plus littérale (il y a parfois des notes de traduction, qui sont sans doute la partie la plus intéressante). Je me dois de rappeler que je ne parle pas japonais (et à aucun niveau) et ne saurai donc juger de la qualité des traductions - tout en signalant que la plupart des morceaux proviennent de personnes que je jugerais fiables, à travers les informations qu'elles traduisent et relayent habituellement - et que les traductions qui ont été faites ne sont pas des traductions professionnelles, comme le seront les scripts des jeux une fois officiellement sortis. azalee_calypso a parfois eu quelques détails supplémentaires à noter sur les scripts.
Les credits et sources des différents traductions sont bien évidemment donnés.

Cette entrée suit grosso modo le déroulement chronologique des jeux, mais je me suis réservé la possibilité de sauter en avant dans mes commentaires. Je ne résume pas le scenario des jeux, mais m'adresse plutôt à des personnes qui en connaîtraient déjà une partie de la progression et seraient intéressés par des détails ponctuels. Les appellations sont en VO(/VF/VA) - dans cet ordre. Les traductions sont du japonais vers l'anglais.
Dire que cette entrée contient des spoilers sur les jeux Black 2 & White 2 serait donc un euphémisme ; cette entrée a pour sujet les spoilers. Lecture aux risques et périls~



● Akuroma.

À Hiun City/Volucité/Castelia City, qui est cette fois encore la troisième ville d'arène (Artie est toujours en poste), le joueur rencontre Akuroma/Nikolaï/Colress pour la première fois. Vidéo [0'15 à 0'37 ; 1'12 à fin].



Akuroma: You there, just now! If you would not mind, I would like to have a look at your Pokemon.
[No.]
I see! Nevertheless, it is for research! [Si "Oui.", Akuroma remercie à la place de la première ligne.] Whoa! My, that’s….! Your [x] sure exudes self-confidence more than other Pokemon of the same type! And still you yourself have 3 badges as a Trainer….! That’s great!! [en anglais en VO] The reason is unclear, but you are bringing out the strength of the Pokemon you have as partners.
Er, how rude (of me)! I am the scientist Akuroma. The theme of my research is, “By what means may we draw out the hidden capabilities from Pokemon?”
What brings out Pokemon’s strength! And in addition, doing so to the maximum…. It is in the bond with a Trainer, is it not?

Indeed! Like the Gym Leaders in various places…. Or possibly, like the Champion and Elite Four in the Pokemon League do, it is the way that you value your Pokemon, that guides out their strength.

Pas grand chose à en dire, à part qu'Akuroma apparaît dès le début comme un geek type louche et geek plutôt sympathique. Il s'exprime avec un degré de formalité plutôt élevé : il donne du anata au joueur et se réfère en watakushi - comme Ghetsis (son registre est un peu moins élevé que Ghetsis). En post-credits, il ne donne pas de suffixe à Ghetsis.

● La Dark Trinity à Hodomoe City.

À Hodomoe City/Port Yoneuve/Driftveil City, le joueur accompagné de Cheren et Hugh/Matis (le rival) suivent la Team Plasma jusqu'à leur frégate amarrée. Après avoir battu des sbires, le Sage Vio/Lilien/Zinzolin apparaît, invoque la Dark Trinity/le Trio des Ombres/Shadow Triad et leur demande de faire sortir le groupe de protagonistes.
azalee_calypso n'est pas certaine de ceci, mais il lui semble que la Dark Trinity est un peu agressive envers Vio (sur le mode "vous n'avez pas à nous donner d'ordres") ; il est aussi possible qu'ils ne fassent que répéter l'instruction.



Revenus sur le quai, Cheren a quelques mots sur la Dark Trinity :

Cheren: Dark Trinity... those superhuman guys with the power to seal people's movements and kidnap them.

Rappel : Cheren avait été deux fois en présence de la Dark Trinity dans Black & White ; devant l'arène de Hachiku/Zhu/Brycen et, en hors-écran, lorsque la Dark Trinity avait libéré Ghetsis alors qu'il l'escortait avec Adeku.
D'après azalee_calypso, la formule est littérale donc... Cheren (exagère sans doute et) les présente comme des êtres surnaturels, probablement à cause de sa mésaventure des cartouches précédentes au Palais Plasma. (Ou alors, à prendre littéralement et... ~)

● La maison de Rot.

Au nord de Hodomoe City, on trouve plusieurs anciens-membres Plasma habitant ensemble dans une maison : le Sage Rot/Carmine/Rood, des sbires, Anthea (déesse de l'amour) et Concordia (déesse de la paix).

- Backstory de Hugh.

Jusqu'ici, Hugh répétait très souvent son désir d'exploser le gang Plasma parce qu'ils avaient volé le Pokémon de sa sœur. À cette occasion, on en apprend un peu plus : le Pokémon volé était un Choroneko/Chacripan/Purrloin à l'origine capturé par son grand-père.(Voire la partie sur Rod suivante.)

The Purrloin was caught by Hue's dead grandfather, and was all that Hue had left of him.

- Rot.

Il protège l'entrée de la maison Plasma~





After you defeat him, you head inside the building he is standing in front of. He introduces himself as one of the Seven Sages, Lotte. Your Rival notes that there is something different about this Team Plasma compared to the one he’s been chasing. Lotte explains that there is a Former Team Plasma and a new Team Plasma. Your Rival gets angry because his Purrloin was stolen five years ago, meaning this is the Team Plasma that stole it. He asks where the Purrloin is. The Sage understands that what Team Plasma did in the past was wrong and that saying sorry isn’t going to cut it. Your Rival gets angry again and says he’s just going to get stronger and take down Team Plasma as a whole - he runs out. Lotte says “I know it’s not much, but will you take this as an apology?” He then gives you a Zorua. Its OT is N.

Bref, le Chroroneko que recherche Hugh a été volé il y a cinq ans, ce qui signifie donc que le coupable est l'ancienne Team Plasma... même si Rod n'a aucune idée de l'endroit où pourrait se trouver le Choroneko actuellement. Hugh s'énerve et s'en va ; Rod confie le Zorua de N au joueur.

- Anthea et Concordia (les origines de N).



Elles sont présentes dans l'arrière-salle de la maisonnée. Deux propositions de traduction :

Anthea: Team Plasma is the syndicate created by a man named Ghetsis to rule over the Unova region. For that sake, he used a youngster named N... he was a mysterious boy, said to be the child of Pokémon.
Concordia: N was an orphan. For some reason it seems ever since he was born, he never parted from Pokémon. Seeing that behavior, people thought he was creepy... He lived in the forest together with Hihidaruma and Zorua until Ghetsis found him. We, too, are orphans gathered in order to look after N.

Anthea: Team Plasma is an organization put together by a man named Ghetsis to take control over Isshuu.
He prepared a young man named N for this goal.
He is a strange boy called ‘the Pokémon child’.
Concordia: N was an orphan.
He was somehow born and was immediately able to talk to Pokémon…
He lived in the woods, together with a Zorua and a Hihidaruma and was picked up by Ghetsis.
We are also orphans who were picked take care of N.

D'après elles, N aurait donc été recueilli par Ghetsis - tout comme elles, pour qu'elles s'occupent de lui. En prenant en compte la Dark Trinity qui disait dans Black & White que Ghetsis leur avait sauvé la vie, il semblerait que Ghetsis ait donc recueilli tous les gamins errants qui lui passaient à portée de patte ? Ça en ferait six. Au moins.
Dans la version des déesses, N et Ghetsis n'auraient donc (apparemment) pas de lien de sang ; N vivait indépendamment dans la forêt (mythe de l'enfant sauvage). Je rappelle que, dans l'introduction de Black & White, N se voyait enfant, dans la forêt, accompagné de Hihidaruma/Darumacho/Darmanitan et de Zorua (et d'un Koromori/Chovsourir/Woobat qui n'est pas mentionné).



On peut toutefois relever que N, dans son flashback, avait déjà son puzzle +
que les déesses semblent avoir été recueillies par Ghetsis après N - la version qu'elles connaîtraient serait donc celle que Ghetsis leur a racontée + ... qui a placé/abandonné N dans sa forêt, comment est-ce que Ghetsis a appris son existence, etc. : pour moi, ça n'infirme pas l'idée que Ghetsis soit le père biologique de N. Quelle que soit la vérité, elle est de base tordue. À la fin des premières cartouches, Ghetsis appelait N “musuko” en japonais, soit fils au sens strictement familial ; pourquoi l'aurait-il appelé comme ça alors même qu'il l'insultait si N n'était pas objectivement son fils ? (Ce que je veux dire, c'est que, considérant la rage et le craquage de Ghetsis lors de cette scène, je trouve peu crédible d'imaginer qu'il ait pu appeler N son fils si ça n'était pas un fait incontestable. Si N était émotionnellement (et non biologiquement) son fils, je doute qu'il l'aurait mis en avant un lien affectif qui existerait entre eux dans un moment où... Ghetsis lui refuse justement toute affection.)

Point à signaler sur les déesses : en japonais, les deux s'appelaient littéralement "Déesse de l'Amour" et "Déesse de la Paix" dans Black & White, traduit "Muse de l'Amour" et "Muse de la Paix" dans la version française ; les noms "Anthea" et "Concordia" ne viennent que de la version anglaise. Dans Black 2 & White 2, elles ne se présentent sous aucun titre et ont donc vraisemblablement abandonné leur appellation de "déesses" - possiblement pour marquer leur rupture avec le gang Plasma.

● Les légendes d'Isshu.

On en réentend parler en cours de route, à Kagome Town/Entrelasque/Lacunosa Town !

When you arrive in Lacunosa Town, Araragi/Keteleeria/Juniper says she has an interesting story she wants you and Bianca to hear. She takes you to a certain house where an old woman lives. The old woman tells you about the Giant Chasm where it’s said that temperatures can reach -50 degrees Celsius. She tells you about a Pokemon who lives there that eats humans. However, she says it’s an old story and that it might not be accurate.

Shaga/Watson/Drayden tells you that Zekrom, the Pokemon that gave ideals to the world, and Reshiram, the Pokmeon that gave truths to the world, were originally one Dragon. These Pokemon were gifted to two brothers that created a country that is now called Isshu/Unys/Unova. However, the two brother were torn apart over the conflict of truths and ideals and were frequently fighting over which was more correct. At that point, the Dragon Pokemon was split into black and white (Zekrom and Reshiram). At this time, when it split, another Dragon-type Pokemon was created named Kyurem (he’s implying that Kyurem is what was leftover). He doesn’t know if this other Pokemon even exists but speculates it could be fearsome.

Got to Kagome.
As soon as you arrive, Araragi takes you to see an old woman to hear the old story of Kagome about the Giant Hole -- that a meteorite made it, and the meteorite had a Pokemon on it. The nearby area became engulfed in freezing winds, and it ate humans and Pokemon, so Kagome curfews all its residents indoors.
Araragi theorises that a Pokemon that freezes everything around it would have similar power to the lightning storm Zekrom once ravaged Isshu with, and associates the meteorite with being the stone form of another legendary dragon Pokemon, citing that Dragonspiral Tower and Giant Hole come from the same ancient era. Bel also mentions that Cheren told her that -50 degree-temperatures have been recorded in the Giant Hole, just like in the areas the Plasma Frigate has been. Araragi states that it's not much evidence, but it can't be ignored.
Bel asks that if it's a Pokemon so strong, is there a reason why it only appears at night, such that it is weak to the sun, but Araragi can't answer.
She also explains that Kagome comes from "Kakome", encirclement, such as the wall surrounding the town to keep it safe from having the villagers eaten.

Araragi: Zekrom was resurrected from a stone called the Dark Stone. If the meteorite in the story was the same as that stone... on that subject, items from the same era have been discovered at Dragonspiral Tower and the Giant Hole. There's not much proof, and it could just be a coincidence, but it seems we can't ignore it.

On repose la question de l'origine de Kyurem. Dans Black & White, il y avait deux légendes : une racontant que Kyurem avait commencé à se manifester après qu'une météorite se soit écrasée à proximité de Kagome Town, l'autre racontant que Kyurem serait le cadavre né de la séparation de Reshiram et Zekrom.

● Shaga, le vol de la Dark Trinity, Vio (Souryuu City).



Juste après le combat de la septième arène (Shaga), la frégate volante de la Team Plasma attaque et entreprend de geler Souryuu City/Janusia/Opelucid City à l'aide d'un canon pour pousser Shaga à révéler la cachette du DNA Linker, que sa famille protège.

Shaga explains that in truth, a third Pokemon was born in the Split, and that the proof of that is the DNA Linker handed down through his family for generations. Kyurem is described as something like a Shed Shell.

The ice fired out of the cannon is special Ice made with Team Plasma Technology, which won't ever break or melt as long as they have It.

Team Plasma iced Souryuu just to make Shaga hand over the DNA Linker, but he still won't tell Vio where it is, so he fills the city with Grunts you have to slip around fighting. The last one beaten says they've checked everywhere but the gym, which they've left to Vio. You manage to stop him before he can.

Vio describes himself as cold and in pain, but that that itself is proof of his existence. [I guess that's why he uses all Ice-type Pokemon...]

Vio: But just imagine... the whole Unova region covered in Ice... I will do anything to get the DNA Linker.

[Shaga checks on the DNA Linker and shows it to you, but then Dark Trinity appears.]

Dark Trinity: Just as expected, the hiding place was the Gym. It's well thought out. If Shaga's not there, you can't enter, and if you enter, he's the strongest guardian. Is that the reason you renovated it? But I have now taken the DNA Linker.

[He then quotes the frozen city lines in the trailer.]

Dark Trinity: We do not have the power to unify people as N did. Instead, we make people surrender to our overwhelming strength.

After you beat the Sage, Drayden comes up to you and gives you the Gene Wedge. He just says “This is for you.” Then the Dark Trinity appears and says they will steal Pokemon to achieve their dreams. They run off and Drayden chases after them.

Brrrrreeef, Shaga se fait avoir stupidement \o/
Sa famille était effectivement importante (famille de gardiens). Les mots de la Dark Trinity sur N sont assez curieux... ? Ils ne donnent pas de suffixe à Shaga. Et ils assument leur côté bourrin.



On affronte un membre de la Dark Trinity en bordure de la ville - c'est un troll, il "Fufufu~", il annonce joyeusement après le combat que ça n'était pas lui qui avait ce que l'on cherchait, mais un de ses compagnons (il les appelle "nakama"), qu'il a donc gagné du temps pour les deux autres, et il part en donnant l'impression de joyeusement se ficher de nous.

● À la poursuite de la Team Plasma ; Akuroma.

You participate in a double battle against the Sage and a Plasma grunt. The Sage has two Level 48 Cryogonal and a Level 50 Weavile while the Grunt has a Level 46 Liepard, Level 45 Scolipede, and a Level 45 Watchog.
The Liepard the Grunt just used is the Rival’s Purloin that was stolen five years ago! The Rival is furious, but the Sage just says it was only a Purloin. The Sage notes that this time for sure they will definitely control the Unova region. You then get knocked out by the Dark Trinity.

[Après avoir battu Shizui (huitième arène), retrouvé la piste Plasma, vu Rod essayer de raisonner les nouveaux sbires, retrouvé la frégate, fait votre chemin dans la frégate, découvert qu'Akuroma était un boss Plasma, puis vaincu Akuroma...]





After defeating Akuroma, he tells you he exists to explore the bond between human and Pokemon. He says he looks forward to the result of your clash with Team Plasma. He stays there and you can leave.

Akuroma n'a pas l'air très détruit par sa défaite. Après le combat, une autre salle est débloquée (à gauche de Kyurem, quand celle d'Akuroma était à droite). ET QUELLE SALLE. QUELLE SALLE.

● Ghetsis ; vs. Dark Trinity.

You walk out, head to the left, and step on a warp pad. You’re transported into a room - and find Ghetsis! He says Achroma was a failure and introduces himself. He says that he plans to encapsulate Unova in ice until Team Plasma reaches its peak power. At that point, all Pokemon in Unova will be theirs. And then he says, “Nay, mine!” He then goes on to say that Kyurem is an empty shell. But it will soon be a manifestation of his emotions. “At long last, Unova will be completely mine! What a day that has come!” Then he walks ahead.
A Dark Trinity member appears. Your Rival also appears. The Dark Trinity member shows your Rival his Liepard, again confirming that it is the Purloin they stole five years ago. Your Rival gets angry, of course. The Dark Trinity member faces you, talks about the Poke Ball-Pokemon bond again, then says he won’t let you interfere with Ghetsis’s plans.

En plus :
- Ghetsis accuse Akuroma du sort (présent) de la Team Plasma. Il n'est paaas content.
- Il rant sur le fait "qu'ils" (la Team Plasma toute entière, ou bien "lui et Akuroma" ?) étaient censés contrôler Isshu.
- Le projet de cette fois-ci était d'utiliser le pouvoir de réfrigération de Kyurem pour que la population prenne peur des Pokémon.
- La Team Plasma avait développé exprès des techniques pour contrôler l'énergie de Kyurem (Akuromaaaaaaa.)
- Visiblement, il dirait littéralement qu'il lusts for Isshu (Geeeeeeech.)

On combat chaque membre de la Dark Trinity à cette occasion, pour pouvoir passer la passerelle et poursuivre Ghetsis.

● vs. Ghetsis.

You find Ghetsis in the heart of the Giant Chasm. He says that the Giant Chasm is where Kyurem gets all its powers. Using this power, he says, he’ll be able to freeze Unova in its entirety. He yells “Come forth, Kyurem!” Kyurem emerges. Ghetsis says “I have memories of a person I cannot forgive.” He then says, “Let me give you an award for coming this far. Behold as I freeze Unova.”

[Cinématique avec les pics de glace qui vont pour transpercer le joueur + l'arrivée de N à dos de Reshiram/Zekrom empêchant que l'on soit transformé en brochette glacée.]



Ghetsis says, “So you’ve arrived, N, the monster who can read people’s hearts.” N flies down on Zekrom. “Zekrom is telling me that Kyurem is suffering. I won’t forgive anyone who makes Pokemon suffer. That’s why I like Unova. The way humans live here. The fact that Pokemon and people reside in harmony. I will protect the Pokemon and people that live here.” Zekrom roars in agreement.
Ghetsis says “Wonderful!” as a way of mocking N’s heartwarming speech. He continues, “I still haven’t forgotten how you ruined our plans. We were supposed to take over Unova using your power. However, let’s put that aside. The Zekrom you brought here certainly cannot withstand the ice.” N replies, “The beauty of my Pokemon shall persevere.” Ghetsis says, “Let’s see about that using this Genetic Wedge.” The Dark Trinity took it from you when you were in Opelucid City, apparently.

N says he can’t believe such a thing has just happened. Ghetsis says that with this, he has unimaginable power and will finally be able to take control of Unova. Ghetsis turns to you and tells you that you are now alone and nobody will come to save you. However, he says that it will be fun to see you try to stop him. He tells you that you cannot use any of your items while fighting Black Kyurem and that you cannot run. You then challenge Black Kyurem.

Dooonc... Ghetsis en veut surtout à N, s'attendait parfaitement à ce que N se ramène, et le traite toujours de "monstre".
La suite est le script post-combat contre Ghetsis (qui succède à celui contre White/Black Kyurem, que l'on ne peut pas capturer à ce moment).

Ghetsis: (after you beat him) Once again, my plans! My plans to rule my perfect world! It’s not possible!! It can’t be possible!!!! Ruined by a lowly trainer!!!

N: 'tou-san, you don’t understand! Pokemon aren’t tools!! Pokemon and humans helping each other reach new heights as partners is an amazing thing!! I now know this about people very well. You must understand!



Ghetsis: SILENCE!! SILENCE SILENCE SILENCE!!! You are nothing but a monster who can speak to Pokemon! You can’t understand the language of humans!! [azalee_calypso note que les “Silence !” de Ghetsis sont des « damare » (et ont un caractère enfantin).]

A Shadow Trio member appears and tells Ghetsis to give it up. Ghetsis leaves the staff that he was holding behind and they both disappear. N thanks you and says Zekrom also thanks you. He reminisces about that “one Trainer” (you in B/W) and Adeku who made him change his mind about Pokemon. N says that he hopes one day there will be a time when Pokemon and people can exist in harmony without the need of Poke Balls, though. “I wonder what path you and your Pokemon will go down.” He rides Zekrom out."

"You get to Victory Road after going through Route 23. When you approach it, N is standing there and tells you the Pokemon League is beyond here. N says, “Pokemon fighting and Pokemon getting hurt. I used to hate that. But now I don’t. -> Ghetsis parle du fait qu'il a ramassé N dans la forêt, l'a éduqué et a fait de lui un roi. Il donne du "anata" à N (comme il donnait au Protag') - donc plutôt pour se moquer. Il mentionne aussi l'ex-Protag. Et dit quelque chose sur le mode de "si tu étais devenu/resté roi, Isshu serait restée belle (je n'aurais pas eu besoin de faire tout ça)". Geeeech.
-> (Que l'histoire racontée par les déesses soit vraie ou pas, que le qualificatif soit biologique ou affectif,) N insiste sur le tou-san (père/papa) pour s'adresser à Ghetsis alors même que Ghetsis le traite de "Monstre" à répétition.
-> Le Sazadora/Trioxhydre/Hydreigon de Ghetsis a Frustration. Mon shiiiiiiiiip ;___; (ie "je shippais, je shippe toujours, et avec ça, je pleure pour l'ambiance de mon ship")
-> Ghetsis... craque encore une fois mais en pire. Il bouge énormément après sa défaite, fait les cent pas, se tourne, crie (d'après sa bulle de texte) et ne part même pas de son propre chef : c'est un membre de la Dark Trinity qui accuse réception de sa défaite et l'emmène, pour limiter les dégâts.
-> J'avais déjà eu des Ghetsis feelings (commentaires aussi) sur son design et sa gestuelle dans B2W2 ; il a l'air d'avoir mal et il y a définitivement quelque chose d'horriblement fucked up avec le côté droit de son corps.
-> Le rapide dialogue entre le membre de la Dark Trinity et N est très eliptique, ils ne terminent pas leurs phrases - mais ont l'air de se comprendre.
-> On a en fait plusieurs allusions aux paroles prononcées par Rot en post-credits de Black & White :

Pouvoir comprendre l'autre, pouvoir comprendre ses attentes. C'est chose indispensable pour pouvoir vivre avec quelqu'un. Le Seigneur N était doué de cette force, il comprenait les Pokémon. Mais en contrepartie, il était incapable de déchiffrer les arcanes du cœur humain.
[...] Si le Seigneur N pouvait un jour comprendre le cœur des humains, en plus de celui des Pokémon... J'aimerais que nous le rencontrions à nouveau. Et, plus que tout, j'aimerais confronter Maître Ghetis.

Et bien, la confrontation a eu lieu, et elle n'était pas très joyeuse (du tout)... ?
+ on répète donc que le problème de N était de comprendre les Pokémon sans comprendre les humains. Il a l'air d'avoir travaillé ça - ou pas, vue sa syntaxe et ses phrases qui s'arrêtent toujours quand on ne s'y attend pas, sa façon de parler en étant complètement dans son monde.

Mais YAY ! \O/ Pokémon raconte les histoires de personnages qui (apprennent à) tendre vers les autres \O/ !

On ne revoit plus Ghetsis dans les jeux, mais la Dark Trinity peut être combattue une fois par mois à l'est du Pokémon Center de Sekka City/Flocombe/Icirrus City. Ils vous demanderont si vous voulez les affronter, un par un.

La Dark Trinity confirme donc que Ghetsis a cette fois été mis hors d'état de nuir et qu'il est désormais incapable de quoi que ce soit. Et la Dark Trinity est totalement désespérée. Eux lui sont restés loyaux/sont restés à ses côtés, donc. Ghetsis ;w;

● Le Palais de N (N).



Déblocable en post-credits ; en se rendant à la Ligue, on pouvait voir un Zoroark bloquant une grotte. Après avoir vaincu la Ligue, en y retournant, le Zoroark nous invite à le suivre jusqu'aux ruines du Palais de N où... on retrouve N. (Mais aucune trace du Zoroark, d'où une hypothèse possible : le "N" de cette fois-ci serait en fait le Zoroark ? Dans le sens que l'on veut.)

N, BÉBÉ.
-> N avait donc un Zorua et un Zoroak (son Zorua a été donné par Rot). On ne sait pas si le Zoroark est l'évolution du Zorua qui l'accompagnait enfant, ou si le Zorua n'a jamais évolué (et est celui qui nous a été confié), ou s'ils sont tous différents. (Il y aussi la possibilité que N = Zoroark.)
-> N développe l'histoire racontée par Anthea et Concordia. N a bien vécu dans la forêt avant de rencontrer Ghetsis (ou du moins, n'avait pas le souvenir de l'avoir rencontré avant) ; il y a toujours de la place pour considérer que Ghetsis et N sont bien père et fils biologiques si l'on veut - on ne sait pas qui avait placé N au fond de la forêt et, comme signalé plus haut, comment Ghetsis savait-il que N existait (sachant que N a grandi dans la chambre du Palais qui... devait donc être au moins partiellement construit. Ghetsis avait donc déjà commencé à mettre son plan en marche.)
-> Le passage fait assez mal en soit : N qui parle de "cette chambre" et en sort précipitamment... aussi, le thème musical de sa chambre a légèrement changé, est maintenant encore plus "brisé".
-> N raconte qu'il a en quelque sorte perdu la grâce, une fois que Ghetsis l'a récupéré ? (On continue de présenter N comme "l'humain qui comprend les Pokémon", mais N semble dire qu'il a bien perdu une partie de ses facultés de communication).
-> N décide de partir à la recherche d'ex-Protag ; en passant chez sa mère, on apprend justement qu'ex-Protag est parti à la recherche de N depuis un moment.
