A truly heartening program, especially from a state that's got such a history of just paying for social programs with more and more taxes. It doesn't even have to be a rousing success to make me happy. It just has to tempt other states to try it.

I don't really. I just don't trust megacorporations to have my best interests in mind when they make decisions. So I don't think privatization is the Great Healer of all the World's ills.
