/me hopes the extra characters are touched on the campaign mode other than just as 3+ player models. Like, if you play single player, they play as AI's for teamwork, that they actually have a role in the story.

It sounds like they're definitely putting emphasis on the chief though for the fact they said they didn't want to have the strange issue of two MC's running around in co-op mode...

Yeah, it's pretty cool that you just don't suddenly have four MCs running around like you do in halo 1 and 2. I'm getting pretty frickin excited.
