it's only when we wake up that we realise that something was actually strange.

Day Fifteen - Your dreams, in great detail.

I've decided to take this literally. It's easier.

My dreams are always in colour, and they never see me flying. They're often about university and success therein, and thus endlessly frustrating - like those annoying dreams where you find something you've been looking for, and you're disappointed when ( Read more... )

Thank you so much! ♥ It's more frustrating than anything, because I've come down with the same flu for the third time since the beginning of August.

I'd love to hear what your dreams are like... *prods*
Apparently, flying in dreams is hereditary. So if neither of your parents fly, then you won't, either.

Thanks for luck! Much needed, I assure you.

Hahahahahahaha I love you. I once had a poster of the squad in front of my desk and I'm pretty sure I was staring at Stevie's crotch for a whole year instead of studying.

:C Though it's a year later, I'm sorry to hear it.
Thank you. ♥

Ha, your dream sounds pretty awesome! I never dream about footballers.
Ooh, bookstores! That sounds nice. I only dreamt about a bookstore once but it was one of those dreams giving me really bad advice about my lovelife, so...

thats a really pretty colour!! it matches your skin tone really nicely.

i know what you mean about those type of frustrating dreams - you've accomplished something, but only as a fleeting idea for a few hours. sigh. hate those types of dreams. (as a side note: my dreams often consist of my being an indiana jones-type action hero and running around like im in die hard. trufax, yo)

and lsats!! good luck bb. im starting to sit down and work out my timeline for when i plan on doing them, so yknow, gah, stress.

and um. i cant stop staring at their crotches. ahem. (AND YOU ALSO RECOGNIZE HIS SHOULDER THINGY!!! god, i love you)

Yes. It's the hint at the possibility of a really awesome version of yourself that is cruel (convoluted sentence, sorry).
Ha, my best friend is always an awesome hero in her dreams, too. She's also awesome in real life. I choose to draw the conclusion that you too are otherworldly and amazing.

Thank you! So you're planning to do law? Are you studying a bachelor's degree now?

Yes, his shoulder thingy! I think they're so slanted because he's been carrying the weight of the world on them. LOL crotches.

you're welcome!

and aha, your constant labelling of me as "awesome" is going to go to my head, and then i'll start to expect my profs or something to tell me this on a regular basis, and then where would i be? niceness - you've got too much of it. <3

im thinking of doing law? im currently in biz, doing a bachelor equiv of an mba? so once i graduate, its cheaper and a much shorter way to a full mba? but yeah, defs looking at lsats post-mba. so we'll see.

Well, according to the episode of Charmed that I was watching an hour ago (yes, I have really good taste in television shows), you have to respect yourself in order for others to respect you. So if I can contribute even a little to you finding yourself awesome, I'm cool with that. ;)

Ahhhh. The whole MBA shizazz confuses me. Pretty much everything outside of my own little world confuses me. But GOOD LUCK for whatever it is you end up doing!

You make me smile. C:

"I learnt to stop following it when it convinced me to ask a guy out, and this guy turned out to be engaged. And in my classes for another painfully awkward semester." Cringe. How did you interact afterward? On the upside, it prevented you from the possibility of pining and imagining meet-cute setups, so you never have cause to wonder. Time and future efforts saved, right? Silver lining.

Good luck on your LSATs! Are you planning to attend law school abroad? And you're that productive but somewhat consider yourself an "underachieving twat"? You would hate my idleness then.

I'll have to reread your observations on the LFC squad photo because I'm too busy having a staring contest with Škrtel. I'm determined to win.

Matte nail polish = immediately awesome. Then again, you = always awesome. ♥

Still interacting, hun. Still interacting. I tend to just ignore him and pretend that the whole strange incident never happened, but he's odd. He's gone out of his way a couple of times to say hi to me and have a conversation about nothing, and I'm like WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?

pining and imagining meet-cute setups
IT'S LIKE YOU KNOW ME. That's seriously what I was doing all last semester, hence my dreams yelling at me to man up and ask him out.

Thank you! I'm applying abroad but my ideal is really to stay at Sydney. I'm really settled, which sounds horribly under-ambitious, but meh. I'm not pinning my hopes on American universities is all, given how crazy the competition is and how much of an underachieving twat I am (trufax, seriously).

LOL, Škrtel. Did you see the interview he did after the Sunderland match with the LFC site? I found it quite heartwarming. And his mouth is from another universe.

Yessss, matte nail polish. Well, I love all nail polish, really.
I love you. ♥

Yeah, why? Like, why are you exacerbating the awkwardness? Let's just be ~two ships passing in the night~ or something. Thankfully, you aren't insane because that type of interaction is enough for some people to start unwisely hoping.

Ha, I've wasted half a lifetime on pining and cooking up rom-com situations, so when I'm the one pursued, it takes me a while to enjoy it.

I don't know anything about Sydney, but TV/movies tell me that it's a beautiful, cosmopolitan city, so why leave a good thing, right? Why would TV and films lie? Besides, after your education, you could pretty much go anywhere you want.

So I checked out that post-Sunderland Škrtel interview. OMG, his voice, his cheekbones, his lips, and those three stitches on his head... The way he says "penalty" and "something" makes me swoon a little.

Oh! Someone actually wrote a fic about that Xabi Wikipedia entry. Have you read it?

And, duh, I love you a lot. ♥

LOL, exactly. Maybe he feels really bad about it? I don't know. I don't want to know.

Indeed, TV and films speak the truth. Sydney's a great city. It's just so painfully far from everywhere else in the world. But you're totally right, I'm waiting to be done with my education and then I'll flit around. Better to do it when I have a job and thus an income, I figure.

Ha, you fangirl him so adorably. I'm going to have to watch it again to see how he pronounces those words. Ah, the sacrifices we must make as Liverpool fans... ;)

LOL, no, I haven't seen it! Some people will really write fic about anything. Is it any good?
