Oh my, I LOVED reading this. I can completely believe that this is what (some) footballers do, believing again year after year even if the previous one failed them, I guess it's the only way to stand up and try again so often. I think you brought that out perfectly, and how they help each other doing it. I adored the metronome line as well. :)
