I was just thinking, damn, Half-Life 3 has been cancelled, I guess people would rather smoke weed and go to concerts than experience a work of art I suppose.

No one wants to see those bands at the mesa amp. Seriously though, all those bands are way better seen in a more intimate venue.

there isn't really anywhere else to go. marquee has thrice and anywhere else would be too small. the only place i could think of is celebrity theatre, but it's already booked for saturday. this show probably would have pulled about 500, and there just aren't those kinds of middle of the road venues anymore.
