To my horror, my lj layout had changed to something else. I spent an hour trying to configure it back to its old settings, muttering about lj's very unfunny April Fool jokes. Doesn't appear to be an April Fool joke. And of course, since I have some advanced customisations I had to work out how to do them all over again, since I've only ever done

I saw that and tried it, but it didn't work. I did eventually find my advanced customisations and re-compiled them, as they were still all there. I just had to swtich one of the toggles on.

Got my layout back. Phew!
