I've been thinking about this. One of the problems with HP is that it is a series. I did wonder if Overcoming the Monster might be the one, but it's hard as we don't know the end of the series yet. I think, on balance, it's probably Rags to Riches. Briefly ( ... )

You could try amazon.co.uk I've ordered stuff from amazon.com before, so I don't see why you couldn't do the opposite.
