The baker down the stairs - essayel and metallumai will know who I mean, has started making low carb bread. It is absolutely delicious, and you would never know. He's one of the first in Scotland to start doing this. I've already changed my bread order. Low carb chocolate croissants? He hasn't mentioned it, and I suspect you need special croissant flour. When i tell him how wonderful the sundried tomato low carb bread was I'll ask him.

It's great living above a baker - not only do I get all this fabulous bread but free central heating from the ovens!
