When I realised I was going to be off work for a while, I fully intended to make a huge dent into Mt TBR. Sadly, while recuperating from the lurgie I got side tracked onto some old computer games. However, I have still managed to read a number of books that had been languishing in the pile for far too long

Good lord, I am going to have to read these O'Carroll-Kelly books. They sound hilarious.

They are, but you need to tune in to the accent - it took me a while to twig that 'roysh' was actually 'right'.

This was an updated version with an additional chapter on the sixties and a look forward to subsequent writers. Interesting read.
