Man, I love that the titles of the posts at my professional blog are getting more risqué by the day. And it's still all about the words:

yeah. i know people who O-M-G, Lol as a word (sorta lik lowell) and even ROFL (raw-full) and such, as as spoken language. It is kind of ridiculous.

Well, I'm not sure if it was the sort of contribution you were looking for, but I have essayed to comment directly to belletra.

It is an unfortunate side-effect of wider potential exposure that I have to spend more time in unnecessary, compulsive revision.

I think belletra appeals to the more obscure periods of my education. After staring in editorial consternation at my last post for several minutes, I finally realized that apposition doesn't carry its weight nearly as well in English...
