UUGH his reaction there just breaks my heart. :( So many other points in canon he'd have agreed with her so readily, but here he kinda looks like, "Yeah... that's what *I* thought... now I'm not so sure..." :(

He so knows Dean is lying to him about something, he just has no idea what. :(

It's one of those things, where it's still the truth, cause Sam and Dean do have something special, even though their relationship has its ups and downs. I'm sure Sam knows there's something going on that Dean's not telling him, so it makes him look hesitant, and that's kind of heartbreaking. Still, it's always special, and I think Sammy knows that.
