I'm thinking season 10, maybe in the last scene of the last episode.

I just haven't decided if I want Sam to give it to him, or do I want Dean to just find it. For some reason I like the idea of watching the emotions play out on Dean's face as he stumbles across the necklace and realizes Sammy kept it all these years. And then in the last scene, Sam notices that, without a word said between them, Dean's simply wearing it again!

*sniff* *wipes eyes* Excuse me ...

I'd love for it to back this season, I miss it so much! And I'm thrilled that the writers are thinking of ways to bring it back, and that they want it to be something special.
