Yes, it is a shame. I liked having a mall so close by and I worked at a vitamin store there for many years.
They decided to "re-image" the space where the mall was. Part of it was turned into a hockey rink. The rest will be apartments with shops on the bottom floors, hotels, restaurants and a space for outdoor concerts.
The only stores left that were built right next to the mall is the Barnes & Nobles book store and Nordstrom's Rack (a clothing store). There's also a Target across the street.
You should definitely eat fish. It contains vitamins that vegetables and meat don't have. In the Soviet Union, public canteens had fish day on Thursdays )) When I was in London, I ordered a traditional Fish and Chips dish at a bar and I really liked it, but the portion was very large, I couldn't eat that much )) I've never made yogurt, but I tried making kefir from a special fungus, but it didn't work out for me )) I can ride a bike, but I haven't ridden it for a long time because I don't have a bike )) I don't really like blue cheese, although it's very tasty with dried pears. I used to make this snack - a piece of blue cheese is placed in soaked dried pears. But I like Camembert with white mold more. I was at the ocean in Biarritz in France, I really liked it. I would go back to the ocean again.
I don't eat fish because I'm a vegetarian. But for those who are ok with it, fish is a healthy food choice. Fish and chips sounds like it would be tasty. I've never tried to make kefir, sorry that it didn't work out for you. I've never heard of blue cheese with dried pears, that sounds so interesting. Not sure if I've had Camembert. Being at the ocean in France sounds lovely.
Thanks for your answers. What a pretty horse. I've only been to Netflix weddings too. LoL. I just finished watching Bridgerton season 3, and there were several weddings in it. I had two step mothers who were heavy drinkers, and they drank gin and vodka. I seem to recall that people sometimes drink those because they think it doesn't leave a smell on their breath. But I'm not sure that's true. I don't drink alcohol either. Those two alcoholic drinks are usually mixed with other things, I do know that. I've never had falafel. I'm not sure what it is.
Yay for Netflix weddings! I'm watching Bridgerton, too and look forward to seeing the weddings. The weddings I saw were on Arrow and The Flash.
I've had Vodka and didn't like the taste of it at all. Mixed it with orange juice and still couldn't stand it, lol. I imagine gin is no better. I don't know whether it leaves a smell on the breath or not. I haven't had any alcohol since the 80's and even back then it was an occasional sip of beer.
Falafels are deep-fried balls made with chickpeas, herbs and spices. It originally comes from the Middle East. They're served in pita bread with vegetables and tahini (creamy sesame) sauce. So delicious!
Yes! I think they're very similar, and don't quote me on this, but, I think it might even be the same thing but kibbeh is Lebanese and maybe falafel is a different middle eastern country?

I enjoy falafel but kibbeh is my favourite. :)

Yuck, lol. I don't get why anyone drinks it!
I haven't heard of kibbeh before. Is it similar to falafels?

I googled it and they're both deep fried, but kibbeh has meat in it, falafels has chickpeas and is vegetarian.
