These scenes are so funny! Sam has forgotten who he is, and this "new" Sam is hilarious. He's freaking out, because Cas used the word "hell", and the word isn't "proper", LOL.

Yes, "skedaddle", lol. It's a throwback to a 1950's type of mentality. His "wife" looks like she walked off the set of "I love Lucy". :)
