Yes, it certainly was. :) There's coloring books for just about every subject imaginable, so why not coloring addiction, lol.

I had a job a few years ago that was all phone stuff (calling people, mostly farmers, dairymen, and vets, to do surveys about seeds and medicines and things). For a while, they were super-strict about 'no books, no writing, no drawing', blah blah, meaning - they wanted everyone to sit for six hour or eight hours and stare at little phone-booth walls and do *nothing*but listen to phones ring in their headsets.

Really lame.

They finally got wise and let people do word searches, crosswords, etc. and tons of people took to coloring. So many amazing books and art! It was really fun. I never colored, just did word-searches or wrote, but a lot of people would put up their best are in the booths, so that was neat, and it made those boring, beige booths much nicer, heh.
