Thank you for the birthday greetings. If you've seen the entries Rach (thelastteller) did for me in my LJ, then you know I've been without a computer since May 8th and haven't yet seen the other birthday greetings that have been posted. I'm working my way back and I'll get there eventually, but it's slow going.

I hope you're feeling more cheerful now. I saw your post about feeling depressed.

It's been lovely of Rach to keep people updated on my disappearance. No, I'm not using hubby's computer. I'm using my 11-year-old laptop. The AC adapter had disappeared, but a new came in today's mail so I've got a working laptop at least. It has the Vista operating system and is VERY slow compared to my PC so it's going to take me ages to get caught up here and with emails. Wish me luck.

Most of my icons were made by you and are on my PC. If it can't be fixed or needs a new hard drive, I'll have to go to all your icon tags and start saving them again. I hope it doesn't come to that.

It was very nice of her to do the updates. Oh wow, an 11-year-old laptop. Good luck with catching up, it sounds like quite a challenge to use a slow computer. I stuck with my first computer for a long time (with dial up), and it was sooooo slow, so I sympathize.

I hope your PC can be fixed, and your icons will available there. I'm starting to work on summer icons.
