I have a whole new appreciation for Jared and this episode since finding out that he was miserable the whole time he was filming it as he played Sam taking all of Dean's deaths so seriously.

Yes, me too. Jared's acting was brilliant, but knowing that he felt miserable during filming makes Sam's pain feel even more real.
