Poor Sam... the look on his face when he's says that he's "great", cause of course, he's not great, not really. But he's hanging in there, and he's going to be ok.

Awww, Sam's being a tough guy. Though nearly bleeding out is probably something they're familliar with and considered a minor injury. ;)

I kinda love that Dean's all concerned but then thumps Sam on the chest, because, y'know, brothers. :D
