Finally over on DW now - yay for DW's import feature - and trying to get back into the swing of journaling. I still hate how long it takes my brain to laboriously lay down one word after the other to make a sentence, but it's never going to get better if I don't make the effort ( Read more... )

Hooray!! I too am looking to get out and do stuff while I'm here - a year in the boonies really taught me to appreciate my surroundings! Give me a call when you want to do stuff.

That said, the Capitol Steps are coming to AU in a couple weeks...Sun 23rd 7 pm...

Right, every year I stupidly forget about the AU Cap Steps showing - we should definitely go. In a similar political humor vein, the Second City troupe has been in town, and are supposed to be hysterical - but I just found out their last shows are tomorrow! Bah.

Hey :-) I'm a very far from being old and married person, so anytime you want to do something cool, let me know because I'm totally up for it. I've watched far too many re-runs of Top Chef, Masters, repeated times. And it's not even a good show!
